We hope that you will be pleased with the items you select. If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept return items within 15 days of receipt with the exception of:
Items that are embroidered with text or custom logos
Items that are washed or altered in any way
Items that are damaged or have make up or marks on them
Items that have had the tags removed and are not in the original packaging
Scrub tops with screen printed art only, will be accepted back as long as the original tags
are in place and in the original packaging and all requirements listed are met.
Size exchanges are welcome, but please know your size and what scrubs have stretch to them or
not when ordering.
Shipping and any processing charges are not refundable. You are responsible for your
return postage fee’s. Please contact us directly at 330-451-9727 or firstname.lastname@example.org for a
return authorization number. This number must be present
on your return postage label, or visible on the front of the package. You must also have your
original order number and a copy of the order sent via email to you when you made your purchase.
There is a 2.00 restocking fee and that will be deducted from your refund amount. Refunds
will be processed within 10 days of receipt of the return.
If an item is returned meeting all of the above requirements, your refund will made within 10 days, by
the original payment method, less the 2.00 restocking fee.

Wrong items shipped or damaged in transit
For fastest service, call us at 330-451-9727 or email us firstname.lastname@example.org with your order
number, name, address and details on the item you ordered and the item you received. If the
requested item is in stock, we will ship it to you immediately. Your credit card will be charged for the
second shipment, but you will be credited for the return once we receive it and it has met all the
requirements listed above. Items damaged in transit are not our responsibility and cannot be returned.
